Qatar Inspection Services
W.L.L. (QIS) is an approved and one of the leading Non Destructive Testing
Agency in Doha Qatar. Its methods and systems have the approval
and certification of the renowned ISO 9001-2000. The company’s
qualified technical personnel have been approved by The Supreme
Council of Environment Natural Reserves (SCENR), Qatar. ‘The
company Inspectors are certified by TWI, UK (CWSIP). All ASNT
Level II technicians are qualified as per SNT-TC 1A norms.The
area of expertise covers both Non Destructive Testing (NDT) and
Inspection services for both Offshore and Onshore Oil, Gas,
Petrochemicals, Power and Infrastructure sectors. |
The scope of services
performed includes Industrial Radiography Testing (Gamma &
X-Ray), Ultrasonic Examinations, Ultrasonic Thickness checking,
Magnetic Particle Examination and Dye Penetrant Testing. Apart
from these tests, Vacuum Box Leak Testing, Hardness Testing,
Positive Material Identification (PMI), Pre & Post Weld Heat
Treatment (PWHT) are also done.
QIS also has a team of qualified Welding Inspectors on hire for
industrial needs. The listed services are now available in-house
in a controlled and monitored environment can also be extended
to the field as per client’s requirements. |
