HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
The Management of Madina Group W.L.L.(Madina) understands, accepts and recognises its obligations and responsibilities in providing a safe and healthy environment in order to ensure safe working conditions for all Company employees. The Company will therefore allocate all necessary resources in order to fulfill its Health and Safety responsibilities.

The initial responsibility for the maintenance of safe & healthy working conditions and environmental protection, will be the duty of the Company’s Managers and Supervisors who will be given technical assistance and information which will in turn help them to carry out their duties.

All employees will undergo an in-house health and safety induction. This course will be ongoing throughout their employment with Madina, the company provides instruction, training, information and reminders. These in turn will help all employees to fulfil their responsibilities and duties with regards to health, safety and the environment.

In formulating this policy, it is our company’s objective and intention that our employees achieve a safe, healthy and environmentally acceptable work-place in which to operate and that they will receive encouragement to use safe procedures and practices that will have a three fold benefit, namely, themselves, our company and our clients.
